In addition, thanks to her corporate training, she holds certificates in Six Sigma and Contract Management among other relevant certifications.

Mary’s coaching credentials were obtained from a well-respected Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) at the University of Texas at Dallas. ACTP programs are considered the gold standard of coach training. She has hundreds of hours of real time coaching, and has worked with dozens of individuals, private clients, and many successful business owners.

Mary is an ICF-Certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner – the only executive coach in the area to receive this designation.

Mary also has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, is Six Sigma certified, IPT Leadership Certified, and has a Certificate in Contract Management from George Washington University. She is a member of the  Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), has a Senior Certified Professional Certificate (SCP) and  HR Management certificate. She also created the Rhode Island Professional Alliance of Coaches.
