Are you SAD at this time of year?

Shorter days and longer nights can make you feel like there is no end to winter. And, if there are hassles at work, the joy factor really seems to escape you. That’s real Seasonal Affective Disorder.

One way to get around the SAD season, is to join with others who share similar goals and expectations, and want to get out of their comfort zones and make some important changes, especially if you want to make some changes in your work, life or professional relationships to plan your new year right and make it bright!

How to Clarify What You Really Want and Take the Action to Get It

Along with the shortened days comes that Silly Season. And things get too overwhelming. You think it’s too hectic now? What will the New Year look like if you are still hassled in your work, business, career or personal relationships? Avoid starting off the New Year just as crazy as you ended it! Try group coaching as your solution!

My recent “From Hassled to Happy” workshop was such a success, I wanted to share the experience with you even if you did not attend the session.  Following the Four Step Program has made a a big difference for me and for many, many of my clients as these steps are  used in developing  our private coaching sessions. Now, I am thrilled to be offering the four steps in a group coaching setting. In group coaching, we support and encourage each other, and learn from each other. Group coaching creates your own built in support network. Sessions are confidential.  It’s really the easiest way for you to explore and experiment  with your options without risk in a safe environment. Because the steps are proven, and results oriented, you save time, learn to increase your effectiveness, help improve your health and personal well being, and find new ways to love your what you do.
This season is certainly hectic, but what better way to prepare for the challenges awaiting us in the next year ahead than with group support!

The most important question you can ask yourself is what do you really want to do?
what do you really want
